Remember the obligation to offer reusable packaging from 2023 - According to §33 Packaging Act (VerpackG)

The reusable-offer-obligation applies to you if you
- offer food "to-go" (out-of-home consumption),
- have more than 80 square meters of sales area
(including seasonal and outdoor areas)
or
- have more than 5 employees.
(Employees with max. 20 hours per week are to be considered with 0.5,
Employees with max. 30 hours per week are to be considered with 0.75).

A violation may result in a fine.
